1. Is therapy right for me?

There are several reasons why people seek guidance through therapy. I encourage you to take a risk and ask for help. 

2. How much does it cost? What about using my insurance?

My fees are as follows:

Each individual session costs $100.00, including first intake session. Each couples or family session costs $120.00, including first intake session. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise discussed and contracted. Cash, and debit/credit cards accepted.

If you sincerely desire counseling, I strive to serve you to the best of my ability and will offer a sliding fee in some cases. Please contact me. I cannot assist you if you choose not to call or email.

3. What do I need to know about insurance?

Many clients prefer the fee for service method of payment to ensure confidentiality, and to reduce the likelihood of future insurance denials or increases in premiums. I am credentialed with Blue Cross PPO/HMO and Gilsbar. Until I am credentialed on other panels, you are welcome to bring insurance paperwork for me to fill out in order to be submitted for your personal reimbursement.
