Each individual session costs $120.00. Each couples/family session cost $150.00. Payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise
discussed and contracted. Debit/credit cards and venmo/apple pay accepted.
What do I need to know about insurance?
Many clients prefer the fee for service method to ensure confidentiality and to reduce the likelihood of future
insurance denials. I am credentialed with BCBS HMO/PPO of Louisiana.

Typical sessions last 50–60 minutes, though the duration may vary depending on your needs and the type of therapy. Frequency of sessions can be discussed with Tonya, some clients meet weekly, while others prefer biweekly or monthly appointments.

You can easily schedule a session by visiting the Contact or Appointments page and filling out the request form. You can also call or email directly to find a time that fits your schedule. Tonya strives to respond promptly to all inquiries to help you begin your therapy journey as soon as possible.

Tonya Coulliette Therapy may work with certain insurance providers or offer superbills for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. 10. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Life happens, and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows your appointment slot to be offered to another client in need.
