1. Is therapy right for me? How do I pick a therapist?

Are you experiencing intense feelings that significantly impact your daily life, relationships, or work performance?

Are you wanting to identify and adjust negative patterns or behavior? Do you want to learn how to get your 

emotional needs met in a healthy way? If any of these questions, resonate with you, therapy could be a beneficial

addition to your life. 

Picking a therapist can feel overwhelming. I offer a 15 minute phone/zoom session in order to you to ask questions

about the process, about me, and to see if we may be a good fit. If that is not the case, I can provide referrals that

may be more applicable to your needs. 

2. How much does it cost? What about using my insurance?

Each individual session costs $120.00. Each couples/family session cost $150.00. Payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise

discussed and contracted. Debit/credit cards and venmo/apple pay accepted. 

3. What do I need to know about insurance?

Many clients prefer the fee for service method to ensure confidentiality and to reduce the likelihood of future

insurance denials. I am credentialed with BCBS HMO/PPO of Louisiana.
